Split Rock, the world’s largest resort and casino, has been a popular spot for Las Vegas casinos since opening its doors in 2007.
But now, its closing after two years.
In a statement, the resort said it has hired “a new team of consultants to review and address all aspects of operations at the site, including the use of drones and drones in the area.”
Split Rock has been home to a number of iconic hotels including the Hard Rock Hotel, the Atlantis Hotel and the MGM Grand, as well as a number other upscale resorts such as the Mirage and the Palazzo della Monte Vista.
The resort was founded by James Randi in 1982 and is now run by his son, Michael Randi.
The Randi family has held multiple corporate roles in the resort, including serving as Chairman and CEO of the Hardrock Group from 2004 to 2009.
Michael Randi has been described as a controversial figure in the Las Vegas business community.
He was also a former board member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
While he has not been linked to any specific incident involving his family, there have been multiple media reports linking him with inappropriate behavior.
In June, The Hollywood Reporter reported that Michael Rando had been arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault for an incident in 2013.
Randi was later released after posting $2,500 bail.
In October, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Randi had been placed on paid leave after being accused of touching and groping a female employee.
In September, The Wall Street Journal reported that the Randi Group had been in discussions with local authorities about closing the resort after two decades.
The report said the group was looking at options to lease a hotel, including splitting off the entire property, and was exploring options to sell the resort to a private owner.
In April, Randi’s son Michael Randii announced that he would be stepping down as Chairman of the Randii Group.
“I am deeply saddened and saddened by what has transpired and the impact it has had on the business of Split Rock,” Michael Randeei said in a statement.
“I want to express my deep sympathy and sympathy for the family of the victim and the many people affected by this tragedy.”
He also announced plans to step down as the CEO of Split ROCK, saying that the family was “very grateful for the tremendous support and prayers of all the people we have met.”
Split ROCK opened its doors to the public in 1979 and quickly became known as one of the most popular Las Vegas gambling destinations.
Since its opening, it has grown to be one of Vegas’ most popular resorts, attracting over 15 million visitors each year.
It has been listed on Forbes Magazine’s 2016 list of America’s Most Valuable Companies, and in 2018, it was named one of America, China’s Most Beautiful Cities for the third consecutive year.
In 2018, the Randis donated $1.5 million to the New York City Museum of Modern Art.
